About the role:

The Bookkeeper position will be a key position within the organization and the finance department, reporting to the Director of Finance and ensuring all aspects of day-to-day finances run smoothly.

The role's responsibilities include full ownership of all bookkeeping aspects, including:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
• Manage bank and credit cards reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, including invoicing in multi currencies, AR aging, and collections, for the company and its subsidiary.
• Responsible for Account Payable – processing new vendors (local and foreign), recording invoices and preparing payments.
• Support in VAT and ITA reporting.
• Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation for the monthly closing process.
• Manage accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
• Provide support during financial audits and tax filings.
• Manage intercompany entries and reconciliations.
• Review and process expense reimbursements and travel reports.
• Our office is located in Tel-Aviv, 4 days from the office
  
  

• Experience working NetSuite - Must
• Certified bookkeeper (Type 3)
• At least 5 years of experience as an independent bookkeeper in a global company (preferably a tech company)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong English – verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Excel
• Experience with bookkeeping of US companies
• Highly motivated and committed, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
