The Integration Engineer Team Lead is responsible for driving all customer-facing integration activities and ensuring smooth end-to-end deployments. The role includes full ownership of infrastructure support across both physical and virtual environments, with a strong focus on maintaining system reliability and performance.

Working in Linux and Kubernetes environments, the Team Lead collaborates closely with R&D development teams to align integration efforts with product needs, while also partnering with the Operations department to ensure seamless delivery.

The Integration team operates as an integral part of the R&D group, bridging the gap between engineering and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Managerial and professional responsibility of the integration engineer team.
• Ownership of the client integration process and uptime of the operational environment infrastructure.
• Achieve departmental goals for delivery pace, quality, efficiency, and output.
• Employee lifecycle management including recruiting, training, and certifying employees to perform integration and support on various products.
• Engage with product development teams in the early stages and manage the smooth transition of products into production.
• Act as a professional authority for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and providing feedback to the development department.
  
  

• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
• Proven experience in Networking (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or equivalent knowledge)
• Knowledge and experience with Linux environments
• Proven, intensive experience in integration processes.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and intensive environment.
• Good communication skills, worldwide customer facing, good English
• Ability to travel abroad 20%
