PMO (BRM Specialist) for a Leading Enterprise Organization! 5245

We are looking for a skilled Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join our team and serve as the strategic interface between our IT and a key business division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the processes and business needs of the relevant division ("the customer").
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit managers, planning leads, stakeholders, and end users; gain deep familiarity with their characteristics and requirements.
• Develop a solid understanding of the relevant IT systems and interfaces supporting the business.
• Assist in prioritizing requirements when needed, and oversee the completeness of demands as part of the quarterly and annual work plan.
• Manage expectations on both sides, ensure transparency in processes, and help remove obstacles.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and propose innovative ideas.
• Represent the business unit’s interests in relevant committees, meetings, and working groups.
• Support conflict resolution and change control within the work plan.
• Identify and assess potential risks related to projects and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems – required
• At least 3 years of experience managing IT/technology projects while interfacing with business units – required
• Experience in defining and implementing business processes – required
• Proven experience in a BRM role – required
