BeamUP is looking for a Senior Designer, Marketing & Brand, to elevate the quality and impact of our marketing and sales collateral. This role is designed for an experienced designer who thrives at the intersection of design execution and creative problem-solving, with a deep understanding of how visuals and messaging work together to drive enterprise B2B engagement.

You'll focus primarily on hands-on design and visual storytelling, collaborating with marketing and sales to transform business needs into compelling creative output.

What You'll Own:

• Design Execution: Lead the creation of sales decks, websites, white papers, eBooks, 1-pagers, executive summaries, videos, and paid ads, ensuring a polished, professional, and impactful look.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging designs tailored to enterprise buyers.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts and brand initiatives to life.
• Brand Application: Ensure designs are consistent with BeamUP's brand identity while helping explore new visual approaches and formats.
• Project Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors as needed to deliver high-quality materials at scale.
  
  

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of design experience, ideally in B2B enterprise marketing.
• Strong portfolio across marketing and sales collateral, campaign design, and brand storytelling.
• Expert in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Suite, and other design tools.
• Skilled at balancing business needs with design creativity.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in startups or B2B marketing/advertising agencies.

• Agency background serving B2B enterprise clients.
• Experience supporting demand generation or campaign-based marketing.
• Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise industries such as supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
