Responsibilities:

Be the IT sole owner end to end:

• Deliver day-to-day IT support, onboarding/offboarding, and self-service tools.
• Own full asset lifecycle: procurement, setup, support, and retirement.
• Enable hybrid and remote work with secure access and reliable A/V infrastructure.
• Implement and manage security and compliance (SSO, MFA, endpoint protection).
• Lead IT strategy and execution, including roadmap planning and standards.
• Integrate systems with Okta to support automation and workflows.
  
  

• 5+ years in IT management, including 2–3 in tech startups or fast-growing companies
• Expert in Okta, Google Workspace, and Apple Business Manager
• Built and led annual IT roadmaps with cross-functional coordination
• Implemented SSO, MFA, MDM; familiar with SOC 2 compliance
• Managed VPNs and SaaS tools for distributed teams
• Oversaw large-scale device inventory and A/V setups
• Proven IT support experience, including end-to-end onboarding and offboarding
  
  

• Balance of hands-on execution and strategic planning – equally comfortable fixing a laptop or building a roadmap.
• Able to work independently, prioritize, and communicate clearly.
• Service-oriented mindset – enabling employees rather than acting as a “gatekeeper.”
• Fluent in English; comfortable working with remote, global teams.
• Hybrid role based in our Tel Aviv office, requires on-site presence 4-5 days a week.
