Sourcing Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for administrative & technical staff
• Manage job postings and selection committees
• Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and additional recruitment platforms
• Conduct in-depth interviews and manage candidate pipelines
• Initiate headhunting and proactive outreach to top talent
• Develop new sourcing channels while maintaining existing ones
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or sourcing
• Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Hands-on experience in social media recruiting
• Strong English communication skills
• Advantage: experience with active sourcing / headhunting
