Operation Assistant (Part-Time)

We're looking for a motivated person to join our fast-growing startup as an Operations Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to learn how startups are built from the ground up while making a direct impact on our company's growth and operational excellence.  

What Will You Do

• Design processes, create SOPs, and collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. 
• Research and onboard new vendors and manage relationships with external partners. 
• Support product launches, manage cross-department communication, and handle special projects. 
• Employee onboarding, logistics, and compliance. 

• Student for a Industrial Engineering/Other equivalent degree, with at least one year of academic studies
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools 
• Understanding of process optimization principles  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills  
• Excellent communication in Hebrew and English  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently  
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity  

Nice to have: 

• Previous internship or work experience  
• Familiarity with startup ecosystem  
• Basic knowledge of finance/accounting principles  
• Experience with process mapping or business analysis
