Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Program Manager to lead and drive cross-functional software development initiatives from concept through delivery. In this role, you will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex R&D programs using Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. You’ll work closely with engineering, product management, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of high-impact products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management for multiple R&D initiatives in a scaled Agile environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Feature Owners and Managers to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational strategy and product roadmap.
• Drive PI (Program Increment) planning and execution under SAFe framework.
• Facilitate coordination across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across projects and teams.
• Monitor and report on program status, milestones, and metrics to senior leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and accountability within teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software/product development or R&D environments.
• 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in Agile software development.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to create and present formal documentation and templates
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advantage Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist, or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) are a strong plus.
• Fluent English

Advantage knowledge:

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Advanced Roadmap, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar Agile program management platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitLab.
