Tech Lead - Adtech

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join our growing R&D team and lead the development of high-scale, data-intensive systems that are at the heart of our platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of key platform components

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features

• Be a technical mentor for the team – lead by example, review code, and drive best practices

• Own the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals

• Investigate and implement new technologies to improve system performance and reliability

• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a real impact on millions of users

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or working with publishers

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience (Node.js / Python / Java – depending on stack)

• Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

• Experience with large-scale data processing, APIs, and web-based platforms

• Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and scalable systems

• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality
