Robot Assembly & Repair Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent and hands-on Robot Assembly & Repair Technician to

join our growing team. This is a crucial entry-level position that will put you at the

heart of our operations, where you'll be responsible for bringing our robotic

platforms to life. You will perform meticulous assembly, electronic soldering, and

technical repairs, ensuring every unit meets our rigorous quality standards. This

role is ideal for a candidate with a solid technical background who is eager to

learn, grow, and take ownership of the physical quality of our robots.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate mechanical, electrical, and electronic components for

new robotic units.

• Perform intricate soldering and wiring for electronic assemblies and printed

circuit boards (PCBs).

• Conduct technical diagnostics and execute repairs on robotic units returned

from the field.

• Perform as a validation and quality assurance technician for both new and

refurbished robots

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to execute the New Product

Introduction (NPI) work plans.

• Document all assembly, repair, and validation processes to maintain accurate records

and traceability.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the lab.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience from a recognized technical unit (e.g., IDF Unit 81) or a similar

technical background.

• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in technical assembly, electronic repair, or a

related field.

• Proficiency in soldering electronic components and using basic hand and

power tools.

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electronic systems.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with robotic or complex electromechanical systems.
• Experience with quality control processes and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of basic diagnostic tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
