We’re an AI eComm startup. Just raised from a tier-1 US VC and joined their program. Already at $100K+ ARR, and now looking for our first founding engineer.
We need a high-energy, high-intellect team player we can trust completely. You’ll join a lean, sharp team that ships fast and sells faster. This isn’t a “wait and see” role. the product is in motion and your job is build it into something valuble, scalable and differentiated.
We’re looking for a partner and a team player. someone who’s excited to build, shape, and grow the company alongside us. You’ll own the product and R&D. Deepen our AI capabilities, expand features, and scale what’s already working.
What you'll do: everything R&D. Take full ownership of the product’s technical evolution - from architecture to execution.
What we expect:
- Think like a founder → extreme ownership, urgency, zero ego
- Thrive in ambiguity → there’s no playbook, and you’ll often be handed the pen
- Communicate clearly → clear insights for our small, lean and mean team
- Ambitious, disciplined, a little cracked. Willing to push beyond “normal”

- Have been an early/founding engineer before
- Know your way around modern web stacks
