Regional Controller

As our Regional Controller, you’ll play a key role in scaling our global finance function. You’ll partner closely with our Global Controller to build robust processes, strengthen compliance, and provide the insights that fuel strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role, balancing operational excellence with strategic projects as we continue to expand internationally.

A Day in Your Life

• Core Finance Operations:
• Oversee the monthly close process and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements and investor reports.
• Manage annual audits and compliance requirements, partnering with external auditors.
• Support tax return processes and prepare transfer pricing calculations.
• Scaling & Enablement:
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Lead or support finance-related system implementations.
• Partner on special projects to support company growth.
• Team Support & Oversight:
• Provide oversight to Accounts Payable processes.
• Manage equity administration, including cap table maintenance and stock-based expense calculations.
  

What You Bring

• CPA with Big 4 experience (required).
• Experience in a high-growth, global startup (1+ years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
