Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Salesforce Implementer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including relevant certifications.
• Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• System customization, including creation of custom objects, fields, pages, reports, and dashboards.
• Defining automated processes using Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Managing user access and permissions (Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles).
• Collaboration with development and integration teams.
• Ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and training.
• Full documentation of implemented processes and solutions.
