About the role

Healthee is on a mission to simplify and personalize the way people access healthcare and benefits. Our platform helps employees make better health decisions and gives HR teams smart tools to support them.

We’re expanding our design team and looking for a Product Designer who’s excited to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences across our platform, both web and native.

As part of the role, you’ll also support the design of visual assets that help us promote new features, communicate product value, and guide users within the product. If you love combining thoughtful UX with sharp visual craft - this one’s for you.

What you’ll do

• Design end-to-end product experiences: user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UIs, QA
• Create visual assets for in-product communication, feature launches, or internal product marketing needs
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring ideas to life
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system
• Leverage Figma, AI tools, and prototyping to communicate and validate ideas efficiently
• Keep user experience, consistency, and visual quality top of mind throughout

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile)
• Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, interaction design, and visual design
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping
• Experience and strong interest in AI design tools and new design technologies
• Advantage: experience with motion/animation tools (After Effects, Jitter, Lottielab, Rive)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset
• Able to work 3 days a week from our Tel Aviv office

Salary Range 25-27K

The final salary will be determined through a professional assessment during the interview process, in line with our internal development levels .
