Support Team Leader at Apoint
Apoint is seeking an experienced Support Team Leader to oversee a support team within our support department. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in technology tools and automation, combined with proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 support specialists
- Ensure the team meets service objectives and KPIs
- Drive team performance, development, and motivation
- Collaborate with the support management to improve processes
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team leadership and support environments
- Strong technical knowledge of tools and automation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proactive and independent work ethic
- Full-time position based at our offices in Petah Tikva, located near the Light Rail line
Preferences:
- Experience in technical support or customer service
