BI Systems Analysis Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced BI Systems Analysis Team Leader to join the Data & AI Department of a leading organization in the center of Israel.

This role involves leading a team of BI systems analysts, driving business and technological processes, and delivering impactful BI and data solutions across the organization.

Role Description

• :Direct and professional management of a BI systems analysis team
• .Full responsibility for requirements gathering, business analysis, and defining BI solutions
• .Collaboration with development teams, data analysts, and infrastructure specialists
• .Leading cross-organizational BI and data projects
• .Planning and monitoring schedules, tasks, and team deliverables, while ensuring business knowledge management
• .Working closely with business users and senior management
• .Developing and implementing work standards, methodologies, and best practices

Requirement

• s:At least 2 years of experience managing a team of BI systems analysts, including professional leadershi
• p.Minimum of 4 years of experience in BI systems analysis within a large organizatio
• n.Strong proficiency in SQ
• L.Experience with data warehouses, ETL tools, complex data models, and BI tools such as Qlik and Power B
• I.Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka, NiFi) – an advantag
