We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team.What You’ll Do

• Translate product requirements into seamless, intuitive user experiences.
• Lead UI design (around 70% of the role), crafting high-fidelity, visually compelling interfaces for complex, workflow-heavy web applications.
• Drive UX thinking (around 30%), creating user flows, wireframes, and edge-case scenarios that simplify complexity.
• Craft elegant, user-friendly designs that balance usability with visual storytelling.
• Use color, typography, layout, and motion to guide users through intricate tasks.
• Define, build, and maintain a scalable design system (patterns, components, guidelines).
• Design micro-interactions and animations that clarify functionality and bring delight.
• Prototype transitions and interactive flows to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and in-house architectural experts.
• Contribute to product discovery, bringing a UX-first mindset to decision-making.

What You Bring

Must-have:

• 5+ years of experience designing complex web-based applications or SaaS products.
• Proven expertise in UI design with a strong visual portfolio of polished, high-fidelity interfaces.
• Hands-on experience in UX design, including wireframes, flows, and usability testing.
• Experience creating and managing scalable design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user flows.
• Strong eye for detail in color, typography, and layout.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across disciplines.

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with front-end development constraints.
• Experience with motion design tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects, Lottie).
• Ability to create interactive prototypes with motion/animations.
• Background in architecture, interior design, or proptech industry.
