• Designing and developing advanced thermal solutions (air and liquid cooling) for high-power electronic systems.
• Performing detailed thermal simulations (steady state & transient) and optimizing thermal layouts.
• Supporting design reviews and building proof-of-concept prototypes for new technologies.
• Collaborating closely with mechanical, electrical, and system engineers across the development cycle.
• Conducting hands-on experiments and thermal testing using advanced lab equipment.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong academic record.
• 2+ years of experience in thermal design of electronic products or thermal systems.
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer (conduction, convection, radiation), and fluid mechanics.
• Experience with thermal simulation tools such as Ansys Icepak, FloTHERM, Celsius EC, COMSOL, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex thermal concepts in English.

• Experience designing liquid cooling solutions, such as cold plates or pumped loops.
• Understanding of CFD/FEA theory and design optimization techniques (e.g. DOE).
• Familiarity with mechanical CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, etc.) and DfM principles.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and materials relevant to heat exchangers and heat sinks.
