This is a key leadership position within Jellyfish in the region. Reporting to our Vice President of Paid Media, you will be at the forefront of shaping our paid media strategy, leading our talented team, and ensuring our services remain best-in-class.

You will be responsible for defining the strategic vision for your region as well as collaborating closely with our global leadership team to align on best practices and drive significant revenue growth for both our clients and our operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Drive the strategic direction and growth of the Paid Media department in the region.
• Lead strategic conversations with senior clients and key stakeholders, serving as the main Paid Media reference.
• Oversee and define paid media strategies (Search, Social, Display, etc) aligned with client business goals.
• Mentor and manage a team of paid media professionals, including strategy, guidance and hands-on involvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry trends and platform updates.
• Oversee resource allocation to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., SEO, Creative, Analytics) to develop integrated and holistic marketing strategies.
  
  

• Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns.
• Proficiency with a range of paid media platforms, analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
• Experience leading and mentoring a Paid Media team.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and client-oriented presentation skills.
• A passion for leveraging AI and automation to elevate paid media performance.
• You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
