OMC group, a leader in cloud infrastructure in Israel, is looking for a Junior Cloud Support Specialist.
The position involves handling customer issues, providing technical solutions in LINUX/WINDOWS environments, communication, and virtualization.
The role requires analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues, a broad perspective, high service awareness, and the ability to work with multiple interfaces in a high-pressure environment.
It offers an opportunity to work in a challenging technological environment with many and diverse promotion possibilities.
Requirements:
- A Course in infrastructure/IT security/network management/cloud infrastructure/CCNA.
- Experience in infrastructure/virtualization/Microsoft/Linux operating systems – significant advantage.
- Experience in customer service and support is an advantage.
- Experience in WEB/PHP-based environments – significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high-level service are mandatory.
- High-level English.
Job Location: Kiryat Bialik.
