Product Management Team Leader

We’re seeking a highly driven and experienced Product Management Team Leader to spearhead our next generation of cybersecurity learning products. You will manage and mentor a growing team of product managers and designers, lead the strategic vision of our platform, and work closely with engineering, design, and content teams to craft exceptional user experiences and learning outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and a bias for execution in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and UX/UI Designers.
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance guidance aligned with company OKRs.
• Create a strong product culture centered around user empathy, data, and experimentation.
  
  

Strategic Product Ownership

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for IronCircle’s AI-powered cybersecurity training platform.
• Own cross-functional execution across design, content, engineering, and AI teams.
• Serve as the voice of the user – balancing market needs, learner goals, and technical feasibility.
  
  

Product Lifecycle & Delivery

• Oversee product discovery, requirements definition, scoping, prioritization, and release planning.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features, enhancements, and scalable infrastructure.
• Establish agile best practices across product squads and act as senior product owner.
  
  

Data-Driven Optimization

• Leverage product analytics, user behavior, and client feedback to guide decisions and iterations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements for engagement, retention, and learning outcomes.
• Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and innovation.
  
  

Cross-functional Leadership

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Content teams to align product features with market needs.
• Represent the product organization in leadership forums and strategic planning sessions.
  
  

Experience/ Skills Required

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proven experience building and scaling B2C or B2B SaaS platforms; cybersecurity or edtech domain is a plus.
• Hands-on experience leading cross-functional product teams, including designers and engineers.
• Deep understanding of user-centric design, agile methodologies, and product analytics.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance user needs with company strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hebrew.
• Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and growth mindset.
