We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join a small, focused finance team.
This role reports to the Finance Manager and operates under the guidance of the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all company financial transactions.
- Managing suppliers and processing payments.
- Bank reconciliations and credit card management.
- Analytical review of invoices and payments.
- Maintaining financial documentation and records.
- Optional: payroll processing.
- Preparing reports and insights to support the finance team.
- Proven experience with Priority ERP is essential. Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- High level of English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.
