Planner

Central Planning Department is seeking an experienced Planner!

We are looking for an experienced Planner to join our Central Planning Department in a manufacturing plant.

The role includes responsibility for building production schedules and resource planning, analyzing shortage reports, and addressing cross-functional challenges impacting all production departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop production plans aligned with production line capacities and customer requirements.
• Enter production plans into the ERP system and manage ongoing updates and changes.
• Analyze shortage reports and identify critical gaps in raw materials, components, and resources.
• Work closely with production, logistics, procurement, and quality departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Monitor and track production plans, ensuring adherence to targets and timelines.
• Participate in planning meetings and cross-organizational projects.
• Initiate controls, analyze data, and generate management reports to drive continuous process improvement.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to support process optimization.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – A must.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Planner.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems – advantage for Priority.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple interfaces, with strong analytical skills and a systemic mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
