Zoma.ai is building the AI-powered scoping engine for professional services teams. We help companies automate and optimize how they scope, quote, and deliver services. We’re a fast-growing SaaS startup working with leading enterprises and scaling.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to own Professional Services at Zoma.ai, with responsibility for customer success and long-term value. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can wear multiple hats, and wants to grow into a senior leadership position as the company scales.

You’ll be the primary customer-facing leader — working directly with clients from the idea stage through to go-live. You’ll lead implementations, guide onboarding, and ensure that customers see clear outcomes. At the same time, you’ll build the foundations for scalable delivery and success processes, eventually growing and mentoring a team around you.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Delivery: Take customers from initial idea through design, implementation, and go-live.
• Professional Services: Deliver projects yourself at first, then create repeatable best practices and methodologies as we grow.
• Customer Success: Build strong relationships to ensure adoption, retention, and measurable outcomes for every customer.
• Process & Leadership: Build playbooks, processes, and metrics across services and success. Over time, transition from individual delivery to leading and mentoring a team.
• Voice of the Customer: Partner with Product and Engineering to bring customer insights into the roadmap.

About You

• 4–8 years of experience in Professional Services within a SaaS/enterprise software environment.
• Proven hands-on experience taking customers from idea to successful go-live.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and motivated to build structure from the ground up.
• Excited by the idea of being both a doer and a builder, growing into leadership as the company scales.
