Recruitment Specialist

Persona.ly is a global profitable company developing machine-learning based demand-side platform (DSP) for mobile marketing, with representations in Europe, China, Japan, Russia, the USA, South Korea, and headquarters in Rehovot. Our predictive models process over 4 million transactions per second and have more than 70 data points. We collaborate with some of the world's leading apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals.

We’re looking for a recruitment specialist to join our HR team and take an active role in supporting our global growth. This role involves managing and streamlining our recruitment processes both in Israel, Russia, and internationally, sourcing and engaging with candidates, conducting phone interviews, coordinating technical interviews and assignments, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment (Up to 5 years, technical background is not required)
• A proactive, curious, resourceful and resilient mindset
• Ability to learn a complex global business ecosystem
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and consistency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High-level proficiency in English for daily communication and interviews
