- Account Manager
- We are a leading Israeli provider of advanced, high-reliability printed circuit board (PCB) solutions and services — offering an end-to-end, All-in-One platform for the design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of complex multilayer PCBs, organic substrates, and advanced packaging technologies.

- About the Role:
- We are looking for a technology-oriented, business-savvy Account Manager who thrives on working with Israel’s most innovative companies. You will act as a strategic partner to R&D, engineering, and procurement teams — helping them translate complex technical requirements into tailored PCB solutions that power mission-critical applications.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the defense, aerospace, and high-tech / start-up companies sectors.
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand product roadmaps and align our PCB technologies to support their needs — from design to production.
- Identify opportunities to leverage advanced PCB technologies and packaging solutions to address customer pain points.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical consultations, quoting, and closing — driving measurable sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek and develop strategic partnerships with defense contractors, integrators, and OEMs.
- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical sales, account management, or business development — preferably in the PCB, electronic components, or defense/aerospace industries.
- Academic degree - a must.
- BSc in Electronics/ Mechanics - Advantage
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, PCB technologies, and system-level thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to convey technical value to diverse stakeholders.
- High level of initiative, independence, and drive — with a customer-first and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong relationships in Israel’s defense and aerospace ecosystem — an advantage.
- CRM and BI tools like sales force is an advantage
