We are looking for a talented Communication Engineer with strong design and planning capabilities to join a dynamic and growing team.

- Defining and characterizing tools and processes to improve the work environment within communication infrastructure.

- Supporting system engineers and project managers in communication and engineering aspects.

- Troubleshooting and identifying communication overloads in factory infrastructure.

- Managing and operating NAC software.

- Participating in projects from the planning phase, through testing, infrastructure setup, and final handover to the client.

- Connecting and disconnecting communication points in factory buildings.

- Defining and enforcing procedures for version updates, switch hardening, and operating monitoring tools.

Position Requirements:

Hands-on experience in design, drafting, and planning of communication systems.

Proven ability in writing HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) documents, as well as conducting technical surveys.

Expertise beyond configuration – including documentation and system planning.

5 years of experience as a Communication Engineer.

Broad system understanding — strategic and architectural thinking, not just technical execution.

Proficiency with Visio and preparation of detailed design documents.

Security clearance experience or background in defense-related projects – a significant advantage.

Experience working with closed internal networks (non-cloud environments).

Focus on physical communication systems rather than cloud solutions.
