The Business Operations Specialist will take part in the company’s global sales operations infrastructure, ensure accurate order-to-cash execution and data integrity, and contribute to business growth.

🔹Business operations for IL Market🔹

•Operate “sales projects and deals” through the ERP system (opening, charges, credit etc)

•Coordination of inventory, delivery etc’ with the logistics center.

•Invoicing and shipping operations to IL customers

•Managing the debt collection

•Handling RMA/warranty cases

•Manage the integrity of the opportunity data in the Salesforce CRM

🔸Business Operations for Europe Market🔸

•Maintain and improve the integrity of sales data across all systems

•Supporting EU sales managers in ensuring the business operations process

•Collaborate with sales managers to collect opportunity and consolidate sales forecasts

•Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc sales reports for executive and regional sales management

•Maintain dashboards and performance reports using BI tools to provide insights into pipeline health and KPI tracking.

✅Required Expertise and Skills:✅

•Fluent/native level English – mandatory

•Bachelor’s degree – mandatory

•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related field in an international company

•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

•knowledge of Priority ERP, Salesforce CRM and BI tools including opportunity management, reporting, and user support – advantageous

•Analytical mindset and attention to detail
