Amazon Growth Manager

At Sensica, we’re on a mission to bring next-level beauty technology into homes worldwide. As our Amazon Growth Manager, you’ll own the growth engine behind our Amazon storefronts. This role focuses on driving sales growth, optimizing performance, and establishing Sensica as a leading brand across Amazon’s global marketplaces.

What Will You Do -

• Drive Product Growth - Build, optimize, and continuously refine SEO-driven product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content). Monitor search rankings and implement strategies to increase visibility and conversion
• Own Inventory Health - Track stock levels to prevent outages or overstock. Work with supply chain to ensure smooth and timely replenishment
• Scale Advertising Impact - Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI. Leverage data insights to adjust targeting, bids, and creative for continuous growth
• Turn Data into Strategy - Analyze sales trends, ad performance, and customer behavior to identify growth levers. Deliver regular reports with actionable recommendations to leadership
• Boost Customer Confidence - Track and respond to reviews and customer feedback. Implement review-building strategies that strengthen ratings and brand trust
• Safeguard Account Performance - Ensure full compliance with Amazon policies. Manage account health issues, listings suspensions, and escalations effectively
  

What We are Looking for -

• Proven track record managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
• Expertise in Amazon PPC, SEO, and conversion optimization
• Skilled with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
• Experience scaling premium products ($300+ price point) in the US market
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into growth strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-driven, and proactive
• Familiarity with international marketplaces (Amazon UK, Germany, France, etc.) is a plus
