We are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the global deployment, maintenance, and service infrastructure of our advanced robotic systems.
The company develops and deploys autonomous robotic solutions that combine hardware, software, and AI to perform complex tasks in high-rise and industrial environments.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing global teams and operational processes, while also being directly involved in on-site deployments, troubleshooting, and acting as the key bridge between engineering teams and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:- Global Operations Leadership: Build and lead a worldwide operations and service framework for field robotics, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Field Deployments: Oversee pilot programs and customer implementations globally, ensuring technical readiness and smooth rollouts.
- Customer Success: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining performance standards, meeting SLAs, and supporting long-term operational excellence.
- QA & Integration: Collaborate with R&D to test, validate, and integrate new features in the field.
- Operational Methodologies: Develop and implement scalable processes, workflows, and best practices for global field operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all field operations adhere to relevant safety and regulatory standards, particularly for work at heights and in various countries.
- Resource Management: Lead budget planning, resource allocation, and cost efficiency initiatives for the operations team.
- Extensive experience leading field operations within robotics or complex capital equipment environments.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of multidisciplinary systems (hardware, software, electro-mechanics).
- Proven track record of establishing and scaling global field operations teams.
- Experience managing technical and support personnel, including engineers, QA, and technicians.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural fluency to work with global clients and teams.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

- Strong leadership and team motivation skills across different time zones and cultures.
