GRC and Cyber/Technology Risk Manager

We are hiring a GRC and Cyber/Technology Risk Manager for a leading financial company located in the central region of Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and execute technology and cyber risk assessments, including evaluation of control effectiveness and identification of mitigation strategies

-Develop, maintain, and improve the risk management framework in alignment with standards such as NIST, COBIT, and ISO

-Work closely with internal audit, ensure compliance with SOX requirements, and support readiness for Bank of Israel regulatory inspections

-Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure risk activities meet both local regulatory and international standards

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in technology risk management, including risk assessments and control effectiveness evaluations
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, or ISO
• Experience working with internal audit, SOX, and Bank of Israel regulations
• Professional-level English – reading and writing
• Academic degree and/or professional certification in risk management
