Hardware Manager

A leading defense high-tech company in Tel Aviv (near a train line 🚆) is looking for a Hardware Team Leader to join our R&D group.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of talented engineers and take end-to-end responsibility for the design and development of advanced RF, digital, and mixed-signal boards, shaping complex and innovative systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead hands-on development of RF, digital, and mixed-signal PCB designs

Debugging and bring-up of in-house manufactured boards

Define and develop test jigs and harnesses for R&D

Provide technical support for production teams

Collaborate with vendors and evaluate critical components (amplifiers, filters, etc.)

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (RF focus)

3–5 years of experience in hardware design (RF + digital)

Experience with PCB layout up to 9GHz – Advantage

Proficiency in PCB tools, especially OrCAD – Mandatory

Strong hands-on debugging skills in complex RF/digital/power systems

Full proficiency with RF & digital lab testing equipment – Mandatory

Active security clearance – Advantage
