Compie is growing, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our IN team!

What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviews, and managing hiring managers all the way to successful hires.
- Work independently and make an impact, with plenty of room for initiative and creativity.
- Gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and advanced recruitment processes.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-/+ Year of experience in tech recruitment from an outsourcing company – must.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems (ADAM, LinkedIn Recruiter) – an advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills with excellent written communication.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
