Overview

We are seeking our next Israel Director of Development with proven experience managing the full donor cycle, from prospect identification to securing new donations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a comprehensive donor CRM-based database
- Prepare and write compelling materials in both English and Hebrew
- Work closely with senior leadership and the associated organization to advance the organization’s development goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in full-time professional management of a USD 2MM campaign
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Excellent face-to-face solicitation, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRMs – required. Working experience with Salesforce – an advantage
- Willingness to work from a Jerusalem office at least 4 days a week, including some evenings
- Full-time position
