Product Data Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to join a leading financial organization in the Shfela region.

In this role, you will:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap in the data domain.
• Analyze customer behavior and translate insights into business requirements (PRD).
• Lead cross-organizational projects in collaboration with development, cybersecurity, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, identify trends, and propose improvements.
• Work closely with business divisions and end users to ensure product success and maximize value.
• Manage vendor relationships and contribute to team development, including mentoring other product managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product or project management – mandatory.
• Proven experience writing business requirements and reviewing technical specifications – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of banking products (deposits, loans, mortgages) – advantage.
• Experience working in Agile methodology and with Jira.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Good level of English (reading, writing, speaking).
