Responsibilities

• Lead a team of at least 4 Engineers
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from design to production
• Work closely with the team’s product manager
• Collaborate with other teams
• Lead and manage a team of software developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
• Ensure best practices in development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide team members to help them reach their professional goals.
• Manage project timelines, resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Work independently and keep stakeholders updated on project status and address any concerns.
  
  

• At least 3 years as Team Leader of R&D
• At least 6 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer (C# preferred)
• Working with a multi-threaded environment and on large-scale systems
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Deep interest and foundational knowledge in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
• Proficiency with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (advantageous).
• Knowledge of Python (advantageous).
