Senior AI Developer JB-4583

An innovative company in the service industry is seeking an experienced AI Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in building AI systems from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of developing a proprietary AI engine from scratch and continue its evolution to support the company’s needs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement an AI engine from the ground up, including research, architecture, and production deployment

Build robust and scalable ML/AI infrastructure to enable ongoing development and optimization

Operate as an independent technical function within the company, with full responsibility for AI development

Continuously improve the engine’s performance and adapt it to evolving business requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development

Proven track record of building systems from scratch (end-to-end)

Background in startups or small companies, comfortable in dynamic and independent work environments

Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn

Experience working with large-scale data and Data Engineering tools

Ability to independently lead and deliver a full technical project
