AI Lead

We’re looking for an AI Domain Lead to take ownership of GenAI initiatives across the organization.

This is a strategic, cross-company role with direct impact on shaping the company’s AI future.

The job includes HO.

Responsibilities:

Lead and guide AI projects across departments, including architecture, methodology, and progress tracking.

Build, mentor, and lead the AI team as it grows.

Provide hands-on support in writing technical specifications.

Drive innovation and introduce scalable AI solutions to create business value.

Collaborate with business and technology units across the organization.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Data Science & GenAI development.

Proven success leading AI/ML projects in large organizations.

Strong skills in system architecture, project management, and matrix leadership.

Proficiency in Python / .NET.

Advantage: telecom/communications industry background.

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
