Head of Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE)

Join us as we build our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), and take the lead in shaping cloud strategy, innovation, and team leadership across the organization.

What you’ll do

Define and implement the organization’s cloud strategy, lead cloud projects, and introduce innovative cloud-based solutions.

Manage and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team of cloud architects, DevOps engineers, security professionals, and FinOps experts.

Develop and enforce cloud operating models, governance policies, and control mechanisms to ensure scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

Take ownership of training and upskilling programs to enhance cloud expertise across the organization.

Collaborate closely with executive leadership, IT, development, and business stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide cloud initiatives.

Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and timeline execution for large-scale cloud initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the cloud domain-required.

Proven management experience leading technology or cloud teams-required

Proven experience in leading cloud-related projects-required.

In-depth knowledge of AWS and related cloud technologies-required.

Experience in building project plans, managing budgets, and mitigating risks-required.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams-required.

Enterprise background-required.

Academic degree in a relevant field-required.

Cloud certifications-an advantage.
