Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Methodology Specialist to lead and implement cybersecurity practices across the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Define and implement organizational cybersecurity management frameworks and policies.
• Design and maintain organizational security structures, governance models, and resource allocation processes.
• Lead implementation of cybersecurity solutions in large-scale projects.
• Oversee compliance with information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
• Integrate cybersecurity into the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle).
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure secure design and delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity management – mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of information security technologies (DLP, Firewalls, NAC, etc.) – mandatory.
• CISO certification – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST or similar security standards and auditing processes – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of secure development methodologies (SDLC).
• Experience in guiding and supporting development projects with a focus on secure coding.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
