We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team.

This role involves providing comprehensive legal support to ISCAR and its subsidiaries, both in Israel and internationally.

Job Description:

As a Lawyer at ISCAR, you will be an integral part of a team that navigates a diverse array of legal challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and development agreements.
• Providing legal advice on real estate transactions and labor law matters.
• Managing corporate secretarial duties and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
• Overseeing insurance matters and advising on intellectual property issues.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic legal guidance.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed Lawyer with a valid practice license in Israel. Additional legal authorizations in other countries are considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney in the commercial field.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to commit to a full-time position with the possibility of overtime.
• Ability to work on-site at ISCAR's offices, Located in Migdal Tefen Industrial Area, in the Western Galilee.
