Senior Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Full-stack Developer to take ownership of complex, scalable systems and lead critical parts of our product infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications and services
• Build scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.)
• Translate product requirements and business needs into well-architected technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across the company
• Review code, mentor teammates, and promote engineering best practices
• Help shape the technical roadmap and contribute to architectural decisions
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Stay up to date with new technologies and advocate for tools that drive productivity and scalability

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with React, including component architecture and state management
• Strong backend development skills, preferably with Node.js and microservice-based architecture
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and system design
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently, mentor others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Advantages

• Experience with NestJS or other structured backend frameworks
• Familiarity with Next.js (SSR, SEO optimization)
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including serverless or container-based architecture
• Background working with monorepo environments
• Knowledge of Pub/Sub solutions (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven architecture
