Senior Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead a strategic, large-scale project: implementing and replacing the organization’s CRM system with a cloud-based solution.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the project from end to end, driving decision-making processes and ensuring execution through matrix management of diverse teams.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from business, technology, and operations, as well as with senior management and external vendors, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a multi-year CRM replacement project across all phases – planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technological solutions, applying Agile methodologies.
• Manage the overall project plan, including timelines/sprints, budget, resources, deliverables, and risks.
• Work closely with development, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Provide ongoing reporting in steering committees and coordinate with senior executives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects – must.
• Proven track record in leading CRM implementation/replacement projects – must.
• Hands-on experience migrating legacy CRM systems to cloud platforms – must.
• Strong matrix management skills, with the ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams.
• Solid background in project methodologies; Agile experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with Jira.
