Role Description

We are looking for a Tech Co-Founder (CTO) to join Buy the Look, an early-stage startup in the fields of Fashion-Tech, eCommerce & AI.

This is a hands-on role where you will lead the technology from the ground up – building our MVP, implementing AI-driven recommendation engines, integrating with eCommerce/affiliate platforms, and shaping the technical roadmap. You’ll work directly with the founder and take full ownership of product development and architecture.

Please note: This is an equity-only Co-Founder position (no salary at this stage).

Qualifications

• Strong Full-Stack development skills (React/TypeScript, Node, Supabase/SQL)
• Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML models and recommendation engines
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and affiliate integrations (Shopify, APIs, affiliate networks)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership potential to build and guide future tech teams
