As an System Operations Engineer, you will opearate and enahce our medical claims processing system, ensuring operational delivery aligns with SLAs while optimizing process efficiency through automation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Bluespine system for our customers
• Monitor and meet SLA requirements
• Work closely with R&D to improve the products

• Hands-on technical expertise (IT systems, QA, support)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Familiarity with programming – advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems Engineering / Computer Science / Industrial Engineering practical engineer (associate degree) - advantage
• Experience with Medical Claims Processing – advantage
