Growth & Strategic Client Manager

A fast-growing performance marketing agency is seeking a Growth & Strategic Client Manager to join its Tel Aviv team.

The company specializes in running large-scale digital campaigns for leading global brands, focusing on innovation, data-driven strategy, and measurable results across multiple channels.

In this role, you will own and expand strategic client relationships, combining account management, growth strategy, and performance marketing expertise.

You’ll serve as the key connection between clients and internal teams, ensuring that business goals are translated into tangible growth.

The role includes international travel to represent the company at conferences and client meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand strategic client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell, and expand within existing portfolios.
• Oversee campaign performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and upgrade strategies.
• Collaborate with internal media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven strategies.
• Prepare and present performance reviews, growth roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
• Represent the company at global conferences and client meetings (including international travel).
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing both strategic insights and hands-on performance expertise.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, client management, or growth roles.
• Proven track record of managing global high-value accounts and delivering measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Native-level English proficiency (written & spoken).
