Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a skilled and independent Senior Talent Acquisition Partner as a one-person function in a fast-moving startup environment.

You’ll own the entire recruitment cycle and play a critical role in building a scalable hiring function from the ground up.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, etc.
• Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, align on priorities, and drive hiring forward
• Leading the candidate experience with professionalism and warmth
• Executing targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
• Managing recruitment metrics, dashboards, and KPIs
• Acting as a strategic advisor on recruitment strategies, market trends and pipeline insights

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle tech recruitment and hands-on sourcing
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience working with startup/scale-up tech companies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A data-driven approach to recruitment, with a passion for quality and efficiency
