Fund Controller

Position: Fund Controller (Full-Time) Location: Tel Aviv

We are seeking a full-time Controller to join our Tel Aviv office. In this role, you will support the finance team in managing the accounting, reporting, and compliance of Greenfield Partners’ investment funds. This is a key role within the finance team, offering significant responsibility, autonomy, and exposure to all aspects of fund operations in a leading venture capital environment.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and investor reports for the funds.
• Manage the audit and tax compliance processes in coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Oversee quarterly portfolio valuations and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Supervise and coordinate with third-party fund administrators and bookkeepers.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly closings, including capital calls, distributions, and expense allocations.
• Ensure timely completion of all regulatory and tax reporting requirements (FATCA, CRS, and other obligations).
• Prepare and review analyses and materials for internal stakeholders and investor communications.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, controls, and systems to support the firm’s growth.

Qualifications (Experience & Skills)

• CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in auditing or controlling funds, financial institutions, or investment entities.
• Proven track record in fund accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Priority or similar) is an advantage.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, or fund management is strongly preferred.
