CRM & ERP Manager – Dynamics 365 Expert

Zap Group’s Technology Division is looking for an experienced CRM & ERP Manager to take full ownership of our Dynamics 365 ecosystem and drive innovation across the organization.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of CRM/ERP experts, driving growth and excellence.
• Own and manage Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) – from development and upgrades to ongoing optimization.
• Deliver cross-company projects in sales, service, customer experience, and operations.
• Design and automate business processes using Power Automate & Power Platform.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into smart, scalable solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, efficiency, and innovation to meet future business challenges.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).
• 3+ years of proven leadership managing tech teams.
• Deep knowledge of Power Automate and Power Platform.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology projects.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to bridge business goals and technology.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Extra points if you have:

• Experience in large organizations with multiple complex systems.
• Familiarity with BI tools and integration platforms.
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
