NPI Engineer

📍 Location: Netanya, Israel

A leading company in the development and manufacturing of digital power systems, located in Netanya, is looking for a talented NPI Engineer to join our Engineering Department

.What you’ll do

• :Lead NPI processes – transitioning products from R&D to mass production (mechanical, electrical, and communication aspects)
• .Work closely with R&D teams and manufacturing sites in Israel and abroad
• .Provide engineering support for production issues and drive solutions
• .Identify, analyze, and improve critical manufacturing processes
• .Prepare and implement work instructions and change procedures

.What we’re looking for

• :Proven experience leading CCB (Change Control Board) processes – managing changes to existing products
• .Strong background with power systems and electrical circuits
• .Hands-on experience supporting products throughout the development lifecycle
• .Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics
• .Practical experience with DFM/DFA methodologies
• .Skills in troubleshooting and failure analysis
• .Experience in electronic design: DFT, validation, and defining test procedures
• .Ability to provide support to development teams on electrical aspects of CCB
